Ok well my DD is 2 1/2 years old. She has had a very high tolerence for pain since she was a baby. We got worried about it when she got her foot shut in our car door and it didn't bother her. We rushed her to the ER and they said it wasn't broken so not to worry about it. Well we took her to her PCM and she said since she is developmentally she is ahead of her age group that they didn't want to really do anything. Well a few days ago she was jumpin on her bed and hit her nose on the headboard. Of course it started bleed and she went to cring. My DH cleaned off the blood and she stopped cryin and wanted to go play again. We took her to the ER and she broke it. The doctor was pushin it and she didn't even flench. It scares us so bad. Her PCM does want to put her through a bunch of test because it can change her personnality and everything. Does anyone have and words of advice it get my DD to tell us when she even get a scratch.
