HUGE QUESTION PEDIASURE EXP 2007!!!SCARED

I live in osawatomie ks and we have a local grocery store here i hardly ever shop at it cause wal mart is only 8 miles away and we was out of pediasure one night about 2 week ago and so i went in and got a 6 pack of pediasure and put it in the fridge and so far my son has had 3 of the 8 oz bottles of it he is 2 years old and tonight when i was tossing the bottle into the trash it landed upside down and i caught a glance at the date on the bottle i picked it up and saw 1DEC2007 on the bottom of the bottle!!!!

I called the store and told them about it out of concern that the shelf might have more of them but now i am wondering if they are back there clearing out the shelf of the old stuff and will try to deny the fact that the sold me bad pediasure.

what could this do to my son?

im scared now!

about a week or so ago when i got it i had given him 2 bottles of it back to back 2 days in a row and then i gave him milk for a few days but with in a day after the 2nd bottle he started running a fever kids get sick this didnt alarm me. but he ended up in the hospital he was running a fever of 105.7 rectal so thats 104.7 and they couldnt figure out anything wrong with him it took about a week for it to get over it and he had been drinking milk but tonight we was out of milk and so i gave him the pediasure and now i see the date and remember the time line of him getting so hot now im scared of what i will be facing in the morning!

ANY ADVICE!!
