People don't care about the saftey of their children anymore. Pisses me off!

Well today my DH and I went to the bank with our kids. I sat in our van with the kids while he went in. A SUV pulled up next to us and had to child seats in the back. One was a toddler seat with no child in it and the other was an infant car seat it had a newborn in it. Well it was facing forward. Do people not understand that the sticker on the side of the car seat that say rear facing until so many pounds or length are there for a reason. It's for the saftey of their children. Y do people get in such a hurry or whatever that the neglect the saftey of their kids?
