My friend Shellie is fighting for her life. She is fighting leukemia and pneumonia. Her husband talked to the Dr and its bad. She's not coming home. They will taking her off support in the next few days. She won't be coming home to us. This woman who was so full of love and life isn't coming home. Her husband is devastated of course. She is leaving behind children, grandchildren, brother, sister, parents, friends, and even more family. Please keep us all in your prayers because we need them now more than ever. UPDATE! So I talked to her husband and they are turning off the machines Sunday morning at 8 am. Saturday will be our last day to say our final good byes. It sucks really hard. I've been crying since I found out. I have to break the news to her boss and he's a jerk and he's going to say he doesn't care and I think he really doesn't. Prayers are so needed right now. #2 UPDATE. Casey and I went up to say our good byes. We stopped for lunch to calm my nerves. We got ready to leave and my mom sent me a text "They are not turning them off". I freaked. I called her and she told me Shellie took a turn for the better. Within 18 hours she started breathing on her own more. Her blood pressure came up and they we're able to turn the O 2 down to 40%. It was @ 60% the night before. The Dr's say and I agree that it really is a miracle. OMG you guys thank you so much for your love, support and prayers. Please keep them coming because it can only get better from here.
