The unexamined life is not worth living

Once upon a time in a land far away and filled with mini skirts and leg warmers, a young girl with big hair made her way through the scary fashions of the 1980's. It took the girl at least an hour every morning to tease and hairspray her super fine, super straight hair in to something that, in retrospect, looked an awful lot like an explosion. She took great pride in rolling the ends of her jeans tight. She loved to wear a different colored sock on each foot and often layered her socks in strange and exciting combinations. She owned several big, wide belts that were worn over humongous shirts and sweaters. She loved multi-colored Keds tennis shoes and sometimes wore a different color on each foot. Fortunately one day the 80's ended and she lived happily ever after and never, ever had to wear gigantic, dangling, brightly colored earrings again. The End.

LOL  I loved your bedtime story.  I think I am a little bit older than you.  Check out my latest journal entry if you want a peek at my version of Farrah Fawcet hair.
