What is your favorite spice / seasoning to cook with?

I am a garlic girl... being an italian I think everything can use garlic. I use fresh garlic, garlic powder, garlic salt and even that garlic in a jar. My garlic obsession is so bad I like to slice cloves in to peices so they are round and a decient size, fry them in buter and eating them... especially with bread or cracker. I know I am weird. now you know a small tib bit about me.
