My husband and myself made these friends online and we discovered they lived down the road from us. My hubby and I met them and made friends with them, they invited us orver for christmas dinner, we invited them over for the hubbys birthday the next month we spent time with them often and they watched our son several times and loved having him there. 4 weeks ago we all took our kids to the Zoo and enjoyed it and we took our van we actually saved them 300-400 dollars on renting a van. Well 2 weeks ago the guy decided that he wanted out of a gaming guild my husband and him were in they asked Pat if he could call him up and see if there was anything wrong if not to tell him his rights to the website would be cancelled, well the guy got all pissy about it I guess and told Pat not to call or even try to get in contact with him again. So thats over for a friendship I guess I don't understand whats wrong and I think its stupid to end a friendship over a stupid game, even after telling myself and my husband that gaming is everything and crap like that and then they end our friendship over game. I thought the guy would cool off and apologize to the hubby but he hasn't and now I don't think they are much friends to begin with. I really did like them but I guess they aren't worth staying friends with if they act this way and treat us this way. How would you feel? Any suggestions did I miss something?

If they can't look over a game and make the best relationship witih you and hubby, i guess they just can't.
If you all ever get a chance to talk or make up, you probably should lightly mention that no more game problem because it doesn't worth the trouble.
