Friendship... BLAH

 I was checking out the definition of a friend, and this is what I found from dictionary.com Check out the definition of a friend...

friend 

–noun

1.	a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard.

2.	a person who gives assistance; patron; supporter: friends of the Boston Symphony.

3.	a person who is on good terms with another; a person who is not hostile: Who goes there? Friend or foe?

4.	a member of the same nation, party, etc.

5.	(initial capital letter) a member of the Religious Society of Friends; a Quaker.

I suppose that the definition is a feeling of someone attached by affection or personal regard. I felt this way at times in my life. But now, after recent events- and jokes about a FICTIONAL character! I'm giving up- so I have decided that I am going to be a:

a person who is or prefers to be alone, esp. one who avoids the company of others: He was always a loner—no one knew him well.

 

Seriously folks, SERIOUSLY?

I'm hurt, upset, angry, mad, frustrated, and all of the above. I'm done with having friends- or trying. The very fact that someone can let a joke or a fictional person come between a friendship-UGH!

 So, guess what? I'm done! I'm obviously not worthy of having a friend and I'm giving up trying.

I have no friends, maybe that's a good thing- perhaps it is better that way that no one love me.

I think the reason you're not getting any comments on this is because this is obviously about something that happened, and we don't know what it is...

But you may be surprised at who cares. Even if they don't know you all that well...

If it's something else... I hope it gets better... Friends are a neccessity in life... Being a loner would judt downright SUCK!!

Yup, have to agree  w/Anouck. I have no clue what went on with your friendship. Is it something that will pass? I suppose some friends fight just like siblings and make up, but I guess I never experienced fighting with a true friend. That I remember anyways.

Nothing wrong with being a loner but I would not cut yourself completelly off from friends :(    That would be so sad!

I still have you on my friends list!  ;)

I am sorry you feel this way, I don't want to pry.. its not my place.. but I hope that your friendship works out and you two are ok. Being a loner is a good idea for some, but i can't do it.. I need my friends around me.. they help me from making bad ideas..hahaha
