I wasn't a girl scout when I was little because the nearest troop to my house met 30 minutes away.  So when my daughter Hailey was turning 5, I contacted Council.  I was told that she wasn't old enough yet and needed to come back once she turned 5.  On May 27th, the day after she turned 5, I called back. I registered her and somehow registered myself too.  No Hailey is finishing up her first year as a Daisy Girl Scout and I am completing my first year as a Girl Scout Troop Leader.  I wouldn't have it any other way!girl giving flower

I see nothing on bluebird campfire here, has anyone heard of this?? If I infact have a daughter I would love for her to become part of the campfire, because of the many fun opportunities that come with it i.e. meeting new people, discipline, crafts, trips, earning badges for different tasks....tons of fun!!!
