Why is my eyelid twitching?

It has been doing this for about a week.  sparatically at least.  What causes involuntary movements in the eyelids?

I have been told that when mine do that it is a vitamin deficiency. I think it is potassium or magnesium, maybe someone else will know the right one.

after sharing this bit of randomness with you I researched it myself.  

Lack of sleep   (check)

Caffeine Consumption  (check, as i am drinking coffee)

Stress  (double check)
