AM I a list person??Do the letters ADHD say anything??

Absolutely without a doubt, I am a tee total list person. For nearly everything.  I would literally go nuts without my lists. I have major issues with attention span and doing things in orderly fashion...*sighs. To put it bluntly " Hi my name is angel Oh Look there's a quarter, let me pick that.. ohhhh look at the fuzzy little squirrel isn't he cu... oh hi where was I oh yeah I am angel"

So I will literally walk through the house and write down things that need to be done that catch my eye. this way i can start in one place and work my way down. I have a horrible habit of getting started in one area, usually tearing it all apart, getting up to get somethign to complete thejob, and finding myself working somehwere else because that caught my eye and became annoying at that point.With springtime here ( well it was 2 days ago, they say it's coming back lol) there is a TON of things I want to get done in and around the house. I am just as bad outside as I am inside. Probably worse outside because we have such a huge area to work on and I will bounce from one place to another..

I also make lists for the grocery store otherwise I will wind up with a cart full and forget what I came in for. Bringnig hubby does not help because he is as forgetful as me..

Yup, sounds familiar, have you been watching me somehow, taking note of my behavior! LOL I take 20mg of Adderall XR and need it bumped up to 30mg, but the doctor wont do it.

I can relate..I have one of those dry erase boards that I write everything down on the night before.  That includes even the most logical things I know needs to be done..like pack Lilly's snack..lol.  I am the most forgetful person around.

I'm super organized on paper....

But in life...   not so much.
