About Me:

I'm Rashida, a 30 year old wife and mother of two beautiful children. My son, Nicholas "Rashon", is 14 years old and my daughter, Kenyada, is 15 months old. In addition to raising my family, I work full-time as an HR Consultant. Like most moms, I spend most of my time taking care of the needs of others, and I thoroughly enjoy it. However, this year I've decided to take a little more time for myself and make some much needed personal changes. The 1st step is living a healthier life by improving my diet and exercise habits.
