Holy Week...keep it Holy

 I asked my seven year old to make me some Easter pictures. He came up with this activity. He wrote EASTER down the side of a piece of paper. For each letter he wrote a special word that goes with the Holy season. We helped him with the spelling and a couple of the words, but mostly it was done on his own. What a nice family activity to do for Holy Week!

Thankfully, we have an very understanding baseball coach who is allowing Slimey to miss practice to attend Mass on Holy Thursday. We will be attending Mass on Good Friday, going to Stations of the Cross and then Veneration of the Cross. I will be receiving the Sacraments of Conditional Baptism, Confirmation and First Communion on Saturday at Easter Vigil.

Cupcake...That is so great that little Slimey made that for Holy week...!!!

Very Creative....

We are doing Poker Runs till Easter Sunday , it's not Holy but it is making a lot of children happy!

Matthew 25:40.......whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.

You are giving to those without. You give to the least of these, you give to Jesus. Sounds Holy to me.
