This is why I get aggravated with child care. It's only been two weeks since Alayna started child care and she got sick after the first week! I ended up following suit and now the whole house is sick. It was fun spending Easter with family, but we were all miserable.

Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that it will happen everytime you send her into a new group of kids but, it won't be as bad later.

My son is 9 now and every year since he has started preschool, he has gotten sick from the new group of kids. He gets colds, runny noses, and fevers. It starts to taper off and then, as he gets used to the other kids germs, I guess, it stops.  As he's gotten older, its taken less and less time to adjust to the new kids.

My suggestion is to give her a good bump of immune system vitamins for about two weeks before you introduce her to a new group of kids. It seems to help my son quite a bit. Good luck!!
