So now I am totally excite that Jullian's vocabulary is skyrocketing.  He hears something once and is able to repeat it, say tons of new things I never knew he could.  I really believe that baby signs has a big part of his discovery.  Early on, he learned that "things" have names....and how to show it.  Sometimes he'll do a sign for something I show him, but quickly says the word, usually within the day.  Montessori life is truly blissfull and I reccomend to anyone.........give your children freedom within limits and allow them to be as independent as appropriate for their age.  Peace and Love and heres a HUG:)
