Libertarian Moms

Last month, the Libertarian Moms group here on Cafe Mom celebrated it's 2nd birthday! I absolutely love this group of women, and if you haven't already checked it out, go do so now! =)

Anyway, a few of us wrote a little acronymn poem, spelling out the words "birthday bash", and I thought I'd share mine with you! I tried to capture the spirit of us moms and what we strive for:

Brainy women gathered
In like-minded harmony;
Reaching out to others
To spread the spirit of liberty.
Helping out each other,
Doing what is right;
Always pressing onward,
Your freedom kept in sight.

Binding us together,

A common responsibility:

Shaping our childrens' future;

Hoping they will, too, be free.

I am learing quite a alot from this group and do have alot in common with them. Thanks for letting me know about the group.  Take care.
