Woohooo Doug passed his GED

So today my son went for his GED test. He was a nervous wreck to say the least. The test was supposed to take 7 1/2 hours and he blew through all of the tests with literally nearly an hour left to kill in each one. So he would go outside till the time for the next test came. So tonight all of his scores except for his essay score was posted online for him. he had to score no less then a 410 to be considered passing. The one he feared themost, mathematics, he scored a 450  on and that was his LOWEST score. In reading he got a 490 science 510 and social studies a 510.. so even if they don't score his essay that high he will have scored an average of around 500 meaning he has passed the test.. He is so excited. He is now the youngest person in the history of Bath county to take and pass the GED test... I think I am going to call the paper so when he gets his diploma for it they get it in the paper.
