 i have leaned alot thiyear and numbe rone i learned if u mess upesp financially no one wats to give u a second chance!!alotta my frind shave evictions an dnow they cant get housing.if i am ever super rich i am gonna set something up to help this.how do we all get better if no one wants to give us a cahnce??

Yes,  I agree.  There are so many homeless now and in the future, it will get worse unless there are caps put on housing and less stringent blocks to housing are implemented-it was, to a great extent, the landowners that have made it difficult-they were trying to keep up finanacial appearances with all the money they had invested in the failing bank/realestate system-and now they still have the right to push up rent-wrongly=we, the people are the horses they are beating in order to keep themselves home free without having to worry about bleeding our banks dry. We, the people, are the ones that have to pay for years because their bad banking needed bailing out! ////
