Ok I know that on some products there is no warning, so when its recalled due to user stupidity its understandable. But when there is a CLEAR WARNING I dont think there should be a recall. People shouldnt be able to sue if something happens when there is a warning clearly on the package.
But unfortunately so many companies are afraid of lawsuit they have to recall their product.
This recall is about Exercise Balls. The problem???? If you over inflate them they pop! OMG Really? I would never have known that if you over inflate a giant ball AND THEN SIT ON IT it would pop. Maybe they should recall Baloons too, i mean the same thing happens to them and there is NO warning on those packages.
Also on a few of those packages there is a clear weight limit, so there should be no reason for a recall, people should pay more attention to the directions. Are people really so stupid that now even with the CLEARLY PRINTED WARNINGS they still cant do something right??? I am sorry but if you are too stupid to read the warnings and all the printings and the inserts in the box then you should get hurt.
I am sorry if I upset anyone but really, when there is a clear warning then people should pay attention so companies dont ahve to worry about recalling something.
DO NOT OVER INFLATE how hard is that to interpret. If you are really going to use the ball correctly, do your research, make sure youknow how to use the ball in the first place. That ball has to be very pliant if a person who is 150 or more to bounce on constantly, otherwise it will pop if you sit on it. Much like an over inflated balloon.
really people learn to read the warnings BEFORE you buy...
