I'm sorry...military life is hard on everyone. Are you coming to VA? Can you find some time or do you have the funds to meet with him someplace (spend some time together)? There should be an Ombudsman who can help you with transitioning into the area and into some groups of other military spouses going through the same thing. Also, on here there are probably some groups about dealing with the deployment of spouses...have you searched "groups" to see? I hope that writing, calling and emailing will make the time go by faster for you. Stay busy!! Good Luck!

Yes, our life as military spouses can be quite trying. I have been an Army wife now for about 15 years and we have been separated by the miltary for about half of that. IT really does suck. I just know that my honey is worth the sacrafice. He is the love of my life. Feel free to PM me anytime, also check out my blog on military living. The journaling is a great release. Take care and be blessed.
