So i bought some bad yogurt @ Walmart && got Food Poisoning...The yogurt expired in May of 2008...Needless to say i emailed them right away so they could fix the problem well the Idiot Manager called me today from the store i bought it @ and we had a nice lil conversation.

First she told me that "Yogurt is dated the day its made and its good for a year from that date" then when i explained to her that ive been really sick since eating the yogurt she said "Maybe u have a virus or something" then she followed that with "Our store is far too high volume for something to be sitting around for that long"...First off Yogurt is a Dairy Product is doesnt last a fucking year and it has a Sell By Date not a Born On Date...Secondly I know i have Food Poisoning u dumb bitch last time i checked ure not a Dr...Finally ALL STORES MAKE MISTAKES

So needless to say im pretty pissed about being talked down to and here is the new email i wrote walmart...Ill keep everyone updated on whats happening.

I recently e-mailed your company concerning some out of date food i had bought. I purchased a Yoplait yogurt and after i ate it i saw the expiration date and it had expired May of 2008. I recieved a call from the RT.60 Huntington,Wv manager Debbie Mayes on 4-20-09 at around 5pm. She proceeded to tell me that "Yogurt is dated the day it is made and thats its good for a year after that date". Then when i told her that i had been really sick since consuming the yogurt and she told me that "maybe i had a virus or something". I tried to explain how i was feeling and she told me that "We are such a High Volume Store that there is no way possible for food to sit that long". First off I am not an idiot Yogurt is a Dairy Product and expires alot sooner than a year. Secondly Yogurt does not have a born on date it has a sell by date. Also I have had food poisoning before and i know what it feels like and her telling me "maybe you have a virus or something" is pretty insulting to my intelligence. I know the reason im sick and its called FOOD POISONING. Finally when she told me that "the store was too high volume for that to have been sitting there this long" I thought that was pretty ridiculous because all stores make mistakes. I do not wish to speak with her again. I would however like to speak with someone who will actually listen to what happened and not try and tell me why im sick because last i checked she wasn't a DR.. This incident has not only made me very sick it has also made it very difficult to care for my 2 young daughters since i have to run to the bathroom every few minutes. Im thankful my oldest didnt eat any of the yogurt and get sick or you would be hearing from a Lawyer and not just me. I wish to resolve this matter quickly.

Geez, how terrible!!  She did try to bullshit you.  My neighbor works at wal-mart in the dairy dept.  I remember her complaining about all she had to do in the dairy dept...stock, product rotation, check for out dates.  Did you know that they are suppose to pull EVERYTHING 3 days before it expires?  I am sure that is company policy and not just this walmart in texas.
