Loud vs quiet depends on where i am

Okay if in public and lone id prefer peace, But if im with my kids a lil noise wouldnt hurt i know they will be loud and if everyone else is i wont get those looks. But if im at home quiet is a bad sign. lol. If its tooo quiet than someone is up to no good. theres trouble brewing, someones in something they shouldnt be in or doing something they shouldnt be doing!
