Who doesn't need to save money right now? It can be depressing to hear (and experience!) how bad the economy is right now, but some good news is that there are things we can do to make things more affordable.

Like this picture - It's from a recent trip to WalMart that I posted on my blog. I paid $1.85 for all that - $34.40 worth!

Even better though is this trip I made to Walgreens a couple weeks ago and PROFITED $3.15 for $88.58 Retail.

Last week I got.....
~  2 bottles of V8 V-Fusion juice completely FREE
~  6 Starkist tuna pouches for FREE
~  2 bottles of Kraft salad dressing for .08 each!

Deals like that are very common and easy to get when you know how.  I try to make it very simple even for people who may be new to "being frugal", but please free to comment or email with any questions - I love to help people save money and stretch your budget (so much that I do it for free, lol)  =)

I've gotten some posts up on my blog - www.supersavingsblog.blogspot.com - that show the best weekly deals at Walgreens and Rite-Aid and other great things. You can see how to save 80-100% off your total for things you buy everyday - like toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, the newest shampoos and conditioners....the list goes on and on!!  I put lists up for how to get great deals, and also pictures and totals of my own bargains.   It's amazing what you can get for so cheap and free!
It's awesome to be able to save for your own family, or get a great bargain on things to donate to charity. Food banks and shelters supplies are extremely low right now and the further you can stretch a dollar, the more generous you can be! Check out www.supersavingsblog.blogspot.com and see how fun and easy it can be to be frugal!!
