Too Loud? Too Quiet?

I am a very gregarious person.  I love my friends and family, and I love getting together with all sorts of people.  I can take loud to a point, but once it reaches a certain decibel, my ears begin to hurt.  Literally!  We've even left good concerts because they were just plain too loud.  I love my quiet.  I'm never bothered by being alone.  I like me and I like being in my company.  Besides, I need lots of time to be quiet before the Lord so that I can hear what He is saying.  In reality, I'm never alone for He is always with me.  I guess that's why I don't mind it so much.  I know people who have to have some kind of racket going all the time, or they just can't stand it.  Thankfully, I am not one of those people.
