Ok so i have been dieting and exercising for about 2 1/2 weeks now and i did awesome the first 2 weeks. I lost 4 inches total off of my body. Great right, well now i am losing motivation.... Im not going back to eating bad just i cant get the motivation to exercise and i know i need to to lose the weight that i want. Maybe i should get my goal pair of jeans out. I have a pair of jeans that i had before i got pregnant with either of my kids. They were my favorite pair of jeans. They are BKE jeans from the buckle..... They are so comfy and they hug all the right parts of my body, i just love them and eventually want to fit back into them. I think another reason why im not staying to motivated is becasue im actually not losing much weight according to the scale but i know thats probably becasue i am gaining muscle. Anyways thanks for reading and any advice to keep me on track would be great, Thanks ladies!!

Keep at it!!  I lost a few pounds my first two weeks and then suddenly gained a pound and is stalled for two weeks!!  I was so frustrated and then after that two week plateau I dropped 3 pounds in a few days and it has been steady since then.  I have lost a total of 12 pounds in 6 weeks and one size. 

I joined jazzercise which I love and keeps me wanting to exercise.  I used to hate doing it until I found something I really enjoyed.

Hi -- I know what you mean!!!  You know our babies are not too far apart - Noah wil be 8months old on May 20th.  I was up to 195 by the end of my pregnancy.  I have lost 40 lbs. so far.  I work out two to three times a week and here in MD I have a gym that has childcare (Kidspace) so I bring the babies with me.

My motivation - is just what you said - clothes.  I am fitting into all my old work clothes and I am happy.  I would like to lose ten more and I will be happy.  But whatever you do - don't give up!!!!
