so with the new baby coming our place was in no way going to be big enough.. our lease end next month anway so we were looking.. we wanted a house but probably couldnt afford one so we were looking a duplexes and fourplexes.. i am unemployted right now so we have budget... right now we are paying 951 for a 2brm (SMALL rooms too) 1 bath duplex. nand paying heat and electirc. and our neighbors below us SUCK.. well we looked at a few places but none of them really struck us.. well i was on CL a few days ago and saw a 3 brm 2 bath HOUSE for 1000 a month.. UTILITES INCLUDED IN RENT! we went to look and LOVED IT! the kitchen was a lil small but doable and we cant be too picky.. i am so happy! nothing wrong with house.. the family living there got a great deal ona foreclosure home and instead of selling their house (market suck right now) the are renting and it can trun into rent to own in th future if we want.. we are soo lucky and happy! i still may have to get a PT job in AUGSUT but there is a home daycare 3 doors dwon from the house.. so taht is awesome too! our luck is turning around! there is also a dishwasher.. and a fenced in yard! I am soo happy! the guy is even letting us split the damage deposit between 2 months so we dont have to pay itall at once.. i will try to take some pics if can but i amy have to wait (they are still moving out)

well i just HAD to saher my awesome news!

DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH!! there has been a lot of scams with craigslist and people saying they are renting out homes but once they hand the cash over, the "new" renters never hear from them again and they are out a house and money!! so make sure you give a check!!!!
