Yancy's Fancy Cheese? Horseradish, Please!

Today I was in the mood for something different. Something out of the everyday norm in our home. I happened to stumble upon Yancy's Fancy Cheese Horseradish and Great Cheese! It's delicious!!!

I'm, by birth, a lover of horseradish. It compliments so many things: prime rib, sandwiches, roast beef, potato salad, mustard, eaten from the jar...it's just the perfect condiment.

Those clever folks at Yancy's Fancy Cheese were one step ahead of me...they put it in cheese! Think of the simplicity now...prime rib sandwiches enhanced with this delectable cheese, lightly melted, to hold the bread in place, and the perfect blend of tastes. Yeah. I'm eating one right now!

I'm dreaming of homemade macaroni and cheese made with this Yancy's Fancy Horseradish cheese. There's also a delicious Wisconsin Cheese soup I make, that I think will now be called, "Yancy's Fancy Cheese Soup"...it's that good!

Oh, I also found Yancy's Fancy Peppadew Cheese...a delicate cheddar enhanced with sweet roasted peppers. It's explosive and compliments crackers incredibly well. ;)
