if you *haven't* heard, Jon Gosselin was caught out and about at a club at 2am with some chick that's *not* kate, without his wedding band.drunk.and driving.hmph.

but here's my problem:
in all the comments and stuff i'm reading about this "scandal", all i keep seeing is "kate gets what she deserves. shes a bitch. she's mean to him. she talks down to him." etc etc.

who cares?

sure.it's not RIGHT of her to treat her husband that way, but seriously?
there is nothing.NOTHING.NOTHINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.that justifies the fact that jon is cheating on her. (if, in fact, he is. he obviously claims that he hasn't done anything wrong...however, this latest accusation comes following 2 more: one that he kissed some girl somewhere, and another that he was all over some college campus in PA flirting with, and trying to kiss, girls...he even told one that he's getting divorced soon.)

it doesn't matter what the hell someone does to you.how they treat you.or even if THEY cheat on YOU.
2 wrongs DO NOT equal a right.

I love Jon and Kate plus 8 and I was sad to read this story. I'm sure it is very difficult be married to Kate but she definitely does not deserve this nor do the kids. I really don't think he cheated on her, I read somewhere that the woman he was with works for TLC as a production assistant. But he was calling her "babe" so there could be something going on. Who knows...

i read something about this months ago, same thing about him being at a bar and blah blah blah....anyway he was annoyed bc he was visiting a collage friend and went to get drinks and someone asked to take a pic w/ him. and he did and the whole thing was blown out of proportion. kate said that they werent fighting but didnt like that peoples are always out to sabatage a good thing. plus they have a myspace page that tells about the story
