Today marks the 6 year anniversary of when Adrienne's first brain tumor was removed. It is so hard to believe she has been fighting this long in some ways. She is doing so well now I almost feel guilty in light of what my heart daughter (her best friend) is going through at the moment but I am also increadibly thankful she is still her with me.
Today I gave my daughter an extra tight hug and thanked whoever is in charge for keeping her here with me and comforted her about her friend. Sometimes life is so fragil and we forget to cherish each moment to the fullest.
I am asking you, my readers, to give your children that extra hug and an extra I love you. You never know when it will all be taken away and you'll never get that chance again. Don't waste the chance now!
