Political Worries: When is the last straw? When is it necessary to take matters into our own hands through a revolution?

*sigh*  It just seems like it is taking forever for this administration to "turn things around".  I did not end up voting for Obama, but I do support every president that is in office no matter if I helped elect him or not.  If I do not support him, I feel that it will make our country weak as a nation.  A common saying "If you do not love yourself then who will?" kind of supports what I am trying to get across.  If we don't unite as a nation, then our nation will appear weak to others.  If we do not believe in our own nation, then why should other countries respect us?

Anyway, our country is going to hell.  I try not to worry about it.  I try to "leave it up to the profesionals" to work things out.  I am not a politician.  I do not have the expertise or power to do anything even if I wanted too.  However, a value instilled deep inside of me through my parents when I was little keeps popping up in my head.  "You can accomplish anything you want too.  If there is a will, there is a way".  Those two simple statements helped me earn my BA degree, and beat statistical odds even though I was a single mother on welfare. 

Back to the original topic, I feel that there is a strong possibility that we might have to revolt and maybe even go to war, before we lose everything America was founded on and stands for.

Most people do not feel the same way  that I do; and I do not know why.  They think we should just sit on our butts and go with the flow.  However some friends on here, occasionally share the same opinion that I have. It feels good to know that I am not the only one thinking that a revolution should happen. Sometimes I feel crazy for having such aggressive thoughts, however the United States of America is OUR nation. Just as much as it is Obama's and Congress etc In history, citizens eventually had to get together and fight the government. It was a huge task and a pain in the ass! But the effort paid off most of the time...

Hopefully things will work out on their own. The question is, when is the last straw??? When is it necessary to take things into our own hands and say enough is enough?....
