YAYYYY!!!! I am Now a Senior Executive Sales Director!!! I Just Made My 4th Promotion...Thank You Ameriplan!!!

	Let me Introduce to you our newest  Senior Executive Sales Director...  Maria Rappa, SESD          I am so very excited and I still can't believe it. I have a big SMILE on my face and it just won't go away...LOL. And to think I'm just one promotion away from NSD. OMG...I'm amazed. When I hit RSD, I looked at all the promotions being made around me and I wished it would be me. And I was determined to make it happen. And now it is happening and I'm so HAPPY!!! My dreams are coming true!!!   If I could share any advice it would be to Work your business everyday and Work it consistently. I'm no different than any one else. But I work at it daily and I keep a very positive attitude. Yes, I have obstacles and distractions. But I avoid anything negative when I'm working my Ameriplan business. I want SUCCESS and I won't stop until I get it!!! So if I can do it...You Can Do It!!!   And I am so grateful to my husband, my kids and my parents. They are my WHY. They are cheering me on and I'm thankful to have them by my side. I want to give them everything in life!!! And that includes a clean house and dinner every night...once I get to NSD. They are being very patient right now and I appreciate it!!!   And I am so very grateful to Kristie Wooten....my enroller, my friend and my daily dose of SUNSHINE!!! What can I can say? There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to YOU. Yes, you are my inspiration and I just can't thank you enough for all your guidance. Any time I try something new and it doesn't work, I go back to doing what you tell me to do...LOL!!! You get me right back on track. I feel so lucky to be on your team. And I will continue to call you and IM you every day...lol!!! Thank you so much, Kristie...You are So Special to Me!!!   And I am so grateful to my Awesome leaders:   Jayme Boyles, ESD Acecia Boeckmann, SRSD Crystal Schollard, RSD  Ginny Valentik, RSD   I would not be at this point without each and every one of you and your hard working teams. Thank you all for your dedication. It makes me so HAPPY and PROUD to see your SUCCESS! You are all so Special to Me!!!   And I am so grateful to all my IBOs. Thank you for keeping in touch with me by calling or emailing and asking questions. Yes, I want to hear from all of you!!!   And I'm so grateful to Janie & Michael Jones, the Freedom at Home Team and Ameriplan. This opportunity has changed my life. 	FROM YOUR PROUD ENROLLER:   Maria Rappa, Senior Executive Sales Director........WHAT a special day!!!!!!  I sit here and it's hard for me to put into words how truly excited I am for you and how proud I am!!!  You sooooo deserve this!!!  My Maria is almost NSD!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am a PROUD momma!!!!!    I couldn't imagine working this business without you by my side!  Every single morning, my phone rings at 9:02 and I know it's you!!  Our calls are a part of our daily schedule....LOL  We strategize, talk about our plans for the day, week, month, talk about our crazy kids, laugh uncontrollably and basically we talk about just about everything, huh???  We have to force ourselves off the phone by 10:00 to get to work....LOL   But I know when we get off the phone, you will be making your prospecting calls right along side me.  I NEVER have to wonder "Is Maria working?"  You always are:)  Because you KNOW that AmeriPlan is your future!!!!!  And THAT'S why you are well on your way to NSD and six figures!!!!   It has been so incredible watching you develop into an amazing leader.  I just love the story of how you got started and how far you've come.  We initially corresponded in December 2006 but you didn't enroll on the spot.  I heard back from you a couple months later in March 2007 when I sent out an email announcing the $25 enrollment promotion.  You called me BUT you STILL wouldn't enroll on the spot!!  I had to work for you...LOL  Everytime my phone would ring and I saw your number, I would walk as fast as I could down the hallway of my JOB and out to parking lot to take your call.  I did that THREE times before you finally enrolled!!!  Then you came in and I would hear from you periodically but there really wasn't much "action" going on in your back office if you know what I mean:)  About six months later, you started adding business slowly and reach RSD within a couple months.  Then in February 2008 we launched another $25 IBO enrollment promotion.  You had lost all your business except THREE IBOs.  Instead of getting discouraged and quitting, you decided to do something about it.  You added over 20 IBOs in February!!!!! Then the promotion was extended through March and you added ANOTHER 20 IBOs!!!  WOW!!!!!  The best part of that story is that you started February as an RSD with only three IBOs left and ended March as an SRSD with a HUGE team!!!! That's when I knew everyone would quickly learn ALL about Maria Rappa!!!!!!!  Since then, you have been a Top Recruiter, you were invited to the prestigious Leaders of Tomorrow 2008, you earned the FAHT TPT to Vegas, the TPT to Mexico and you have an amazing team of leaders following right behind you!!!!  Simply put.....you are an ALL STAR and an inspiration to MANY!!!!!!!   And now you are so close to NSD!!!!  I am soooo excited about working on this goal with you!!!
