VODKA!

That's right, I said VODKA!

I am redeeming myself as a Non-Domestic Goddess! This Goddess is revealing ways to use VODKA to make your home cleaner!

Vodka is an eco-friendly solvent; sure vinegar and baking soda may be cheaper - but cleaning with Vodka is so much more fun! If we must clean, why not make it fun?

Remove soap scum, mold & mildew from the tub... Fill spray bottle with vodka (the cheaper the better it will be on your checkbook), spray onto desired area at full strength. Let sit about 15 minutes then rinse. If needed, scrub grout/caulk with a toothbrush.

Make your chrome fixtures shine! Spray a little Vodka on the fixture and buff with a cloth. Oh and don't forget the mirrors too!

Remove build up and residue in your hair by simply adding a shot of Vodka to your regular shampoo.

Remove hairspray residue on your chrome plated flat irons with a little spritz of Vodka!

What's buggin' ya? Well spray those insects with your diluted spritz bottle of Vodka and those pesty ants (and others) will be on their merry drunken way!

Add Vodka to a bit of dishsoap and 2 cups of water to kill those pesky weeds!

Clean your houseplants with a soft damp cloth then spray with diluted vodka to prevent infestation damage to your plant.

Remove band-aids painlessly by soaking the adhesive with Vodka. Vodka also makes a great disinfectant for minor scrapes.

Place your razor in a cup of vodka to kill germs and prevent your blade from rusting.

Foot Odor? No problem, get your feet drunk by soaking in a basin of Vodka to alleviate foot odor! Also safely removes pet odors & vomit.

Vodka kills odor-causing bacteria, but won't leave a scent once dry so spritz a little Vodka freshen up that laundry item worn for a couple hours when it doesn't actually need fully laundered.

Freshen your mattress & upholstery with a few spritzes of Vodka.

Dab some Vodka on a cotton ball and cleanse your face! It makes a great facial astringent and tightens pores!

Apply Vodka to dry out cold sores.

Found yourself in a poison ivy patch? Cleanse the area with Vodka to remove the oil left behind by poison ivy as well as relieves itching.

Half & half Vodka with water, place in a ziploc freezer bag, and freeze for a refreezable ice pack for aches and pains.

Summer is coming and unfortunately many get swimmer's ear. Use an eyedropper and put a couple drops of Vodka in your ear to kill the bacteria causing an earache.

Numb tooth pain by swishing a shot of Vodka over your aching tooth then spit.

OMG - I love it!  Gotta go stock up on VODKA now - I've got a big party coming up and gotta clean clean clean (and the leftover will make my guests super happy)!
