This is a USED tmobile sidekick 3. It was purchased off from someone else paying $150 for it previously. I have at&t & was going to unlock it to use it but found another phone instead. So this is only able to be used for tmobile (as intended). It turns on & seems to function fine. I know text messaging & phone calls work fine. I do not have internet access on my phone plan to test that out. So i will put it AS IS just because i couldnt test all the features. I did notice that the charger has to be fixed a certain way to charge. I had to buy it brand new as the phone did not come with one itself. So im not sure if it's the phone or charger. But once it's set at the right angle it DOES charge.

Do you know if it can be unlocked? I have at&t too, but if you can get it unlocked or info saying that it can be unlocked, I will buy it. PM me please!!

Yes, it can be unlocked. There are videos all over YouTube on how to unlock them. It's really easy. Only problem with that is that you have to redo that code every time you change or take out the SIM card.

Also, there's limitations to it being unlocked. The only things garunteed to work is the phone, emails, & texting. Being i dont have internet with my phone plan i couldnt test anything other than what was garunteed.
