Most nights I try to get in bed by 9, the key word here is TRY. I usually end up getting in bed @ 10:30 to 11:00. Which makes me crazy, because I like to get up early, like 5:00am early. I have so many things that I have to get done in a day that its insane. If I want to exercise i have to get up early, if I don't do it first thing in the morning it doesn't get done. Same with a shower, I never have time in the evening for that. So if I want one i have to get up early. Its easy to say that I don't get much sleep, and let me tell you, I'm one of those people that can sleep for 15 hours straight. LOL

The older I get the less I can sleep. I wish I could sleep in like I used to, but now I'm lucky to get six hours of uninterrupted sleep. I never go to bed before 10, unless I'm extremely sick. I envy my husband, he can say "I need a nap" and lay down and ten seconds later he's asleep... I can't fall asleep easily anymore at all and when I take a nap it's usually a huge surprise. I do not like to wake up early though, I would much rather stay up till 2 am and get all my stuff done than get up early and do it, yuk.

You sound like me. I am up early too this morning. I went to bed at last night at 9:30 and watched the rest of Brothers and Sisters and fell asleep when the news was on and now I am up at 5:20 am. I get my stretches out before my youngest is up around 8am. I get my oldest ready for school and she is out the door before 7am. By 9-10am Hubby is up and he works at night, so he is a night owl. I am definitely the early bird. I break my daily tasks throughout the week so I am not so overwhelmed.
