I made 2 appointments to get my appliances serviced 2 weeks ago, the tread mill guy came out last week ordered parts and will be back tomorrow.  The fridge guy was suppose to come out today between 1 and 5 pm. today and it is 6:34 pm and still no service man.  I have been bounced around the service department for over an hour so far and the best that they can do is Saturday.  They have no record of the service call and will not honor their contract.  They hung up on me after 65 minutes, issue not resolved, I am not sure if it worth another hour of my time.

And did I mention that you have to answer the same set of questions a minimum of 3 times before you can get someone to talk to to make the appointments in the first place.

What is the matter with these big companies they want our money on time or they will not provide the service or will cancel our contracts., but it seems ok to them to lose our appointments and make us sit around for a half a day and its not their problem.  The employees could care less weather their jobs are done right or done at all.

Don't our service agreements mean anything to them?  What good is a contract if they will not honor it? Sears used to offer a good product and good service to back up their large appliance sales.  I guess that I will look else where when I need a new appliance or TV. Sears is not worth the aggravation or the time.  Their prices are no longer competitive and their service is sub par at best.
