Jaime has taken on the job of creating a unique birthday cake for family and friends. I do mean unique.

The top picture is the one she just made for Jill's 6th birthday. She started out with confetti cake mix and white frosting, some food color and skittles for decoration. Star-topped candles went into each cupcake to make 6.

The next picture is the birthday cake she made for me. She started with a butter pecan cake mix and frosted it with a combination of store-bought cream cheese icing mixed with fresh cream cheese with a little maple syrup. Then she decorated the top and around the bottom with special cinnamon-sugared almonds.

Here are a few more of her cakes.

For Jonah, a Dirt Cake. Chocolate cake, chocolate pudding icing topped with crumbled oreo cookies and gummy worms. Jonah loved it!

Vannon's cake. Don't know exact recipe but Reese's Pieces and Peanut Butter Cups were involved.

Happy Birthday, Vannon. Almost time for number 16 this year! Wonder what Jaime will come up with this time?
