He's moving my kids away

I just found out today that my ex husand is moving my 2 children 3 hours away from me. He got himself a new girlfriend and now he wants to start a business in Fayetteville. I have been on the phone all day begging and pleading for him to not move because it's too far away for him to take them. And besides, I don't know his damn girlfriend from eve. How do I know that she'll treat them right? I contacted a lawyer and he said that it sounds like he's trying to take advantage of me because I'm so young. I was stupid and messed up when I let him keep the kids. If I could go back I would. I can't stop crying and I'm so depressed. I need to get a lawyer but I have no money..I'm broke and I'm going to lose my kids. Someone please help me...PLEASE. I don't wanna lose my boys.

May. 12, 2009 at 4:03 PM Pro Bono Lawyer. Also look into seeing if your local library has any lawyers that come during a set time and day to talk with people for free so you can get info from one. I know here in Marion County in Indiana they do that at our local library. Plus Pro Bono lawyers will do cases for free just so they can get the recogisition. Please keep me posted. I am so sorry your going through this. Fight for what you know is your children's rights and your own. Don't let anyone tell you and make you feel worth nothing because you are worth a great deal.
