Can't sell my tinkle tents?!?! So pissed!

I got an email saying tha my tinkle tents were an infringement on someone's patent. Someone reported me saying I stole their idea. So my listing was removed and asked not to relist it. WTF?!?! So I searched for them on Etsy cause I know alot of people make them and they are all gone. Apparently the patent was issue in 2004 which just confuses me cause Motherhood had pee pee tee pees out way before then. So how does this one guy have the patent to all of them and you can't produce them at all?!?! I'm so pissed off. They were my best seller.
