Okay I took my twins to the Dr. today for a well baby check up and when she said okay time for their vaccinations I told her I did not want them to get their vaccinations. She asked me why (because they got their two month set) and I told her because of my religion (even though it is way more reasons than that one but I figure it is the most simple one and least likely to be challenged). She asked me and what religion is that?, I told her christian. Then she went on her spiel of the risks and I said yes yes I know. But what got me is this!

"Are you going to homeschool them?"

"yes" (I want to but do not know if I will be able to in the years to come).

"Because if they go to school they could pose the risk of giving other vaccinated children these diseases"

OKAY Im suppose to be the crazy one doc but your the one contradicting YOURSELF.... ONCE AGAIN I do not believe vaccinations really work, there is no proof at ALLLLL. I wish they would stop trying to scare parents with those crazy photos of mumps, rubella, CHICKEN POX, smallpox, etc with the worse photos they could find of them!

"Also you know that they could contract these diseases and die suddenly"

I know these vaccines can make my child die suddenly and THAT is something I can prevent!

"You are also aware that they can get rotavirus and become dehydrated and die"

YESSS that is what happens when you get a stomach virus...then you drink fluids and electrolytes!! Oh wow something that is not concocted in a pharmaceutical lab?!?!

So so sorry I do NOT want my child given a concoction of crazy substances (including mercury, given a different name, thimersal) and yes I will go to the health department to get a waiver and yes you will sign my waiver after I alter it so you can not say that I know the risks of not vaccinating my sons and Im not doing it, it will say I know the risks of vaccinating my sons and I am not going to do it. My children will stay the way god intended them to be, uncircumcised, no vaccinations, breastfeed happy healthy babies!
