Been busy

Haven't posted for awhile- been busy!!  So thought I'd at least write a short journal.

Sitting here at work, watching it rain-  again. It's coming down pretty good- which means our lane will be a muddy mess. What little gravel we have, washed away. So, it gets really muddy now. Well, if we end up moving in with Tony, at least he has gravel in his lane!!!

I have pottery tonight. Yay!! And I think my thumb has finally healed enough that I can probably throw without wearing the glove. It's still a little tender, but it should be ok. We only have 2 more classes after tonight. :o(  He doesn't have them during the summer. He'll probably start up again in September. Oh, I just remember, I still have to finish paying him!! I forgot I only paid half!

We have a track meet tomorrow- TEC. It is supposed to quit raining in the morning, and be dry in the evening. I hope so! I'm tired of sitting in the rain watching track meets. It would be so great if they could win TEC. They have a really good team this year. We are only kind of weak in our hurdles and sprints. Our long distance guys are really good (and I'm not just biased because one is mine! lol!!). They've won all their meets but the two last week. And they only lost to Centerville. Grrr. Our coach used to help coach at Centerville, and he wants so bad to beat them! So, we'll see what tomorrow brings. Everyone has to be on their best!!

Still haven't really lost any weight- just a tiny bit. But I've been so busy that I haven't had much time at all to exercise. Yesterday we preordered the new Wii EA Sports Active game. I have the Wii fit, which I really like, but I think this one will be better as far as exercising. I think they said it comes out on the 19th. I'm just really tired of being fat and I want to get in shape!!!

I may be going to Myrtle Beach in October!! We arent' going this summer.  :o(  We just don't have the money, plus Colton is going to be going to summer school. But my mom and aunt are going in October for a few days. I may tag along. I need to see about how much it will cost. It won't be as much as when we all go in the summer.

As I said, Colton is going to summer school. We ended up withdrawing him for the rest of this year. He's been sick a lot since January (acid reflux mainly), and he had an upper respiratory infection that kept him out for a week. He had like 30 something hours to make up, plus most of his grades were F's. I went in to talk to the vice principal and he suggested pulling him out. I guess withdrawal F's don't count on their final transcript. But if he had stayed in school and got the F's, they would. So, he's going to summer school to make up PE, and taking an online English class.  Then in the fall, he start making up the others. He can still graduate on time, too (he'll be a sophomore).

And we're getting ready for graduation.  :o(  It's so hard to believe cody is graduating!!! *sigh*   At least he'll still be living at home for awhile, so it won't feel like I'm totally losing him. lol. He's going to go to IU East at least for the first year. And he'll be running cross country for them.

Well, I better stop and get busy!!
