Well, what I dreaded came true last week. Whenever I got myself into a routine at home to excersise it would suddenly stop when I get sick with whatever. Well, last week we ate out at Pancheros for dinner then went home & I headed back out to workout. I got all of my workout in but started to get a tummy ache while on the elliptical. Then all throughout the night I had "issues" and spent most of it in the bathroom. The next morning I woke up at the usually time and started getting ready to get the girls up and take Lee to work. When I woke up I didn't feel so hot but just kept going until I suddenly puked in the trash can (thankfully I managed to get to the trash can on time). I found myself feeling sicker than I had in years! So I made Lee stay home and take care of the girls & take Amelia to preschool while I spent the day throwing up and sleeping.

   I still am getting stomache cramps. The last time this happened I had food poisoning so I really think that must be what it is. Lee thinks I picked up a bug at the gym but so far no one else has gotten sick. Plus whenever I'm at the gym I wipe down all the machines I use plus use santizer between machines. Also my burrito at Pancheros just didn't look right. I loved black beans! But the ones on that burrito looked and tasted weird. Black beans are usally pretty black but these looked more brown. They made me think of overcooked pinto beans. Any way, I think that's what did it. And I don'ot think I'll be able to eat black beans again for awhile.

   Not being able to keep anything down for an entire day I ended up pretty week so I skipped working out a couple days. Then those couple days turned into a week. I was really afraid this would happen. But I was a good girl and got myself to the gym on Monday! I went Tuesday and Wednesday also! I'm skipping tonight but I hope to get back there tomorrow since my weekend will be packed. I'm so proud of myself for getting my butt back into the routine after falling off for a week!
