My New Favorite Word

It's an easy one, and probably one of the most difficult words to use, however, because it challenges me, IT'S MY FAVORITE.  I love a challenge..I REALLY DO.  I also THRIVE when I'm true to myself, which is another reason I love this word so much.  So "to the point".  So...."self explanitory".

Although, I realized last night, as I was exercising my "new word and right", that sometimes (more often than not, especially AT FIRST), it has to be repeated....

And repeated.

And then sometimes...repeated AGAIN.

And that's ok....it gives me practice.

My new favorite word???

That's it...short, sweet, and to the point, universally understood, and irrevocably solid.

I love this word...
"NO".

Im addicted..."no"...

"NO, NO!"

lol...I love it.

Try it.

SAY NO when you mean to and want to...

LOVE is the answer; and it starts with YOURSELF.

Say NO, if you feel like saying NO.

If you are not heard, repeat it again....and again, and again.

YOU DESERVE TO BE HEARD, and "NO" can be QUITE EMPOWERING....when used correctly.

I can say no all the time, it is always to the girls though. lol

Do you have anything about NOT saying, "I am Sorry?"

Yes!! (Let me explain : I mean No is a great word and I love this advice, not Yes I'm disagreeing with you which you could construe from that one word answer :) Great advice, as always.

I have trouble using that word. I'd love to say "NO" sometimes, but then I give in. Have to learn to be more assertive. Probably wouldn't be so tired today if I'd said no last night to watching Sebastian, but the thought of having him close...I just couldn't, so today, I'm falling asleep at work. Loveyou.
