teagan's cardiologist appointment today...

...was his last!!!  =)  today teagan saw yet another cardiologist.  it was the 4th time he's been looked at, by the 3rd dr.  and this one just so happens to be the professor of pediatric cardiology at east carolina university.  so when he finished his examination and concluded that teagan is 100% perfectly functioning, i was (and am) sooooo happy!  his organs will always be a mirror image of us "normal" folk.  but everything is there and functioning and there is no sign of the prior hole in his heart.  so everything is looking good.  he's officially no longer a cardiatric patient.  =)  which is great... kids spend enough time at the drs w/o me having to go to a specialist as well!  ;)

and speaking of those well visits... for those following his weight gain drama, he was seen by a pediatrician in early april who put him on a food additive to help him gain weight.  at the time he weighed 18 lbs 4 oz (the same weight he's been stuck at since his 6 month appt) and today he weighed in at 20 lbs 7 oz.  that's a 2+ lb gain in 6 weeks!  =)
