If you can figure out what it is, it's quite hilarious!
I'll try to leave this alone for a couple days and you can put your guesses into the comments.
Hint: It may help to look at it sideways, or from any/all angles.

I agree with some kind of ride. It's hilarious because the people are hanging on (and out) for dear life!!! Some are even out of their seats holding on : )
yep...it cracks me up!!! they s/b strapped in, right? LOL.
yep, I could see it was a ride. Like one of those airplane rides were there is a lever that makes them go up or down.
