my situation...

Well, last week my husband and I took the child he supposedly has with the girl he cheated on me with.  Her mother isn't fit to take care of her.  The back of the baby's head is flat as a board from being laid down all the time.  She is almost 15 mo old and up until 3 days ago was only barely scooting around on her stomach, now she is crawling and trying to pull herself up.  She just barely got caught up on her shots, she was born in march of last year, she didn't get her first set of shots until september.  The child was filthy when he picked her up, had no clothes on, just a diaper.  There were poop stains in the diaper, she wasn't poopy though.  Dirt was crusted onto her skin.  She is overweight from just laying there with her bottle all day, she fits into my 2 yr olds clothes.  Her mother was leaving her at bars in pretty bad locations with her brother to babysit so she could go do whatever she wanted.  We're waiting to hear from our lawyer to let us know when they serve her with the papers to go to court.  They'll do a paternity test at court (I'm just praying that she isn't his, she doesn't look anything like him or our other children), and if she is his then we're going for sole custody.  The best thing would be if she isn't his.  She already got her oldest daughter taken from her by cps, and cps has been called before for this baby, but they did nothing.  She had her in a apt full of people smoking weed in the apt (other children present too) with the smoke so thick that you couldn't see in front of you, all the cops did was take the rest of the weed from her.  She is a piece of shit and its too bad it took him this long to realize it.  I asked him what the hell he even saw in her, all could say was t n a.  While I pray that she isn't his, I also pray that she goes to a good family that will love and take of her.  Some people just have no business procreating.
