Wow, I had such a bad day yesterday. Short story no help, late getting 6 and 5 year old ready for school and 3,2, and one year old ready for daycare so I can go to a doctors appointment. I get in the van and I am running on fumes! Doctors 45 minutes to the west and gas 2 miles to the east! I almost get cut off by a car and then I park on the wrong side of the pumps. The guy asks me to turn around…I do and clip the cement post! Okay more then clipped! 3 feet long and 1 foot wide along the side of the van! Ugh! Then I gained weight and the lotion I put on nice clean foot (doctors appointment for a foot problem) turned the bottom of feet solid black when rubbed on the inside of my sandals! Have to go to a specialist for my foot (think it is a rose thorn I got a couple of years ago causing the problem.)

Now I have to tell my hubby about the van. I chickened out and texed “Please say you love me and then come home to see side of van. I am so so sorry. I love you.”

He came home and not one sign of being up set he says, “It is not a problem. Most of it can be buffed out and the dent will just pop out with a plunger.” I started to cry. Then he says, “Don’t cry! We have had the van for a very long time and this is the first time anything has happened and it is nothing.”

I love that man so much. Any ideas on how I can show him how much I love him? Try to keep it clean...

What a guy! I would hope my DH would react the same, as he's a collision repair technician! I am sorry you had such a yucky start to the day, but things have already gotten better! I'm trying to figure out how to repay him, but you said to keep it clean.....LOL!

I know what you mean, my DH is always doing things to make my life easier, and I don't know if I'll ever catch up with the "thank you's" that I owe him. Order pizza for dinner, you've had a long day! LOL!   ((((((Hugs!))))))))

watch one of HIS movies with him..or go with him to one (star trek is very good!).  Do something that he wants to or just give him some chocolate. I have noticed that chocolate is good for both guys and gals! LOLOL. And I am so sorry your day was so horrid. They have days like that in Australia, too, you know.
