I'm starting today. I lack motavation when it comes to excerise, and my self-control flies out the window when faced with a bag of cookies. (oh, who am I kidding... I don't have to be faced, they just have to be within a mile radius of where I'm standing) But, I'm going to do it! I worked out this morning (some). I mainly focused on my biceps, triceps and abs. I use the workout from the book "My Perfect Fit". I like the book (it gives pointers on how to dress for your boday - emphasis this, hide that) and the workout seems decent. I don't know much difference when I'm doing it (which is why I quit - I have to see results to continue working) so it's tough in that aspect. I'm looking for a workout buddy (maybe not someone who can stand next to me, but someone I can send my progress to each day and help give me feedback to keep at it). Any takers?
