The things we found.....were horriable..Advise?

My husband and i went to the same playground that we always did.......its behind our house and owned by our rental company and is supposed to be cleaned and maintained by our renal company or management...whatever you want to call them. Today. we found...... 3 empty 40oz glass bottle, 2 Roach clips( Weed) and the wrapper that the blunt came in. We also found a small weed bag. My husband is the one who actually cleaned it up and i told him to save it all in a bag. I guess we'll call the management. The playground also has profanity written in black permanent marker............they cleaned it ONCE last summer and by cleaning i mean spray painting over it..................well hello? Its soooo bad. I took pictures of everything i found today and i have kept a record of things i see written on the slides. Any advise? Who and What? I am afraid of getting the same answer they give me all the time.....ok we'll send someone over there to clean it up.........there are no trash cans..........no signs nothing..........it doesn't even have multch anymore its mud.....MUD!

Eh, sounds like maybe you should just find a new park. Some parks are just like that nowadays. :( Sad huh
