Morning all! :)

I received word this morning from my contacts at Best Friends that there is discussion circulating that Michael Vick may be signed to play with the new UFL Football League.
Supposedly they have presented "requirements" to him in order to be considered. This was apparently a discussion on a radio talk broadcast this morning.

The requirements are:

1) Serve his time.
2) Get approval from the football commission
3) Have public support

Email the UFL and please ask that they do not allow Vick to play football.
BE POLITE please. Let them know how the case with Michael Vick and the dogs has affected you and why you feel Vick should not play again.

Send your email to Commissioner Huyghue at info@ufl-football.com

Personally, I don't want to see Vick play again. He is entitled to make a living but I don't feel he should return to football. So, if you feel the same please let them hear your opinions.
Please, do not start any arguments here on this subject. I know some people feel that Vick should be allowed to play even though what happened to the dogs is horrible. But don't bring the argument to this thread please! This is informational only and if you choose to email them, THANK YOU. :)

I am in no way trying to argue. I just don't think that he shouldn't be able to play football because of his actions against animals.

I am also in no way trying to argue.  Kikesama go volunteer at your local animal shelter for a while and you'll change your mind.

THANK YOU for posting this.  Mike Vick is scum and I am sending an e-mail right now.

I doubt I will. Animals are animals. I know what he did was wrong and deserves to be called scum, but its not like he fought humans! What does animals have to do with him playing football... Good Luck in getting what yall are hoping for..

He hung, electrocuted, and beat to death multiple living creatures.  It's murder.  Murderers shouldn't be allowed to maraud around as football heroes.

Mike Vick sgould play,he made a mistake but he,just like you and I, can change & turn his life around. I respect your efforts to make them not let him play, what kind of msg is this sending young kids who've made mistakes and want to turn around and pursue a dream of making it as a dr,singer, etc? Its going to show them well since I robbed a store, payed my dues for it,I STILL can't make it!

an innocent animal so ALMOST,like a small child.they only know so much.he should be made to live a middle class life, like the rest of us.those of us w/ morals are struggling, and this guy who harmed those animals, still gets to live the high life.what message is that sending out to the younger ppl.he doesn't need to be aloud back in the pulic eye,but then neither does chris brown.
