Man. I am 40w4d pregnant. I have never been this pregnant before! I am surprised by how much I love it!
I have been having what feels like prodromal labor for the last couple of weeks. The contractions are very misleading. I begin to think I am in labor, and then they stop haha. It's funny! I do try and ignore them, but they get painful to where I have to stop and breath and focus!
Today they started in my back too! They are more intense today, and yesterday, so maybe that's a good sign! Alex still hopes it happens today or tomorrow so he wont have to go to work Tuesday haha. I say baby will come when he/she's ready!
We have everything ready, I have been cleaning and walking everyday! I just am so excited! I really am! This baby is teaching me patience, that's for sure. Sometimes I feel frustrated, but then I remember that it's normal and I am still not overdue!
I just can't wait to meet her/him! I am so curious to see what he/she looks like. :) Soon though, I know. It's already been over 40 weeks, what's a few more days?
Becka seems very excited too, it's great! She keeps telling the baby to come out. She even was crying because she thought I went in the bathroom the other day to have the baby and she didn't want to miss it. I came out and she's crying about the baby leaving my belly and she wasn't there lol! It was adorable!

Gosh, I think I'm feeling more impatient about your LO's impending arrival than you are:) And I'm not the one losing sleep and carrying around the watermelon belly! lol. Can't wait to hear all about your birth!

Aww becka is so darn cute! You look great, mama! So big and full and I love how excited you are! Yay!
Awwwwww!! Enjoy the last little while... it'll be over before you know it! Update us as things get rolling, though, ok? :)

Absolutely beautiful belly momma. So is Becka pretty much attached to your hip these days? I bet she is.

awwww becka is such a sweetie! and its great that you're loving this part of pregnancy! far too many women just focus on negative things and miss out on enjoying that last bit of being pregnant! i can't wait to read your birth story!!
